Week 7: Detailed Process Design

1) To understand the business process,their technology was used
and the organization structure.
2) To redesign new organization structure.
3) analyze the new resources,staff position requirement.
4) In the process structure we need to ensure its meet the performance goals
5) Support structure is to ensure the technology used.
6) Our tasks are list the activities to classified either value-added or
non-value added and identified potential IT for each activity.
