For this week, we have already submitted the letter asking for permission to visit our company. the letter is being submitted by hand at Idwal System yesterday. as for the questionnaire, we have prepared 10 question to be asked to the company. we are now currently waiting for the company to reply our letter.

I believed you are preparing a set of interview questions kan, not a questionnaire. Kalau Questionnaire you have to come out with the answers and your respondent can choose through it. An interview is where you have prepared the question and ask your respondent one-to one. Pls recheck your questions make sure tally with your project objectives.
