This application's it a learning from the previous subject that we had learn. We adopted this application because it as the best steps to improve their business that may lead them to the best earning. This CRM are targeting the customer loyalty and give some retention to them that may them more benefits, scheduling and tracking direct marketing mailing capture and manage customer response data in&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;div class="O1" shape="_x0000_s1026"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;database, analyze the customer and business value.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;&lt;span style="LEFT: -3.13%; POSITION: absolute; TOP: 0.3emfont-family:Wingdings;" &gt;Ø&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;2. prepare the content of final finding presentation slides. from here we had some error to fix where we're wrongly put the template at the last slide, it makes some of our friend become a little bit fuzzy, thanks for Pn Rosnafisah that tell us that our slide is not understandable for the first few slides :D&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3. we add the benefit from the business that we want to reengineered. as we said that the process is one of the making process that may lead to us to a new ways of busineess that may give such good potential to the business, we had applied 3 process to their own process. which can be more efficient and can have more untung2. organizing the process is the best way for them to have a good process. this process has been enlarge their targeted customer from a normal customer to more profitable customer :D&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4. we had a big discussion at UNITEN library that have lead us to the most advantages in our final findings that is the best process for sure this IDWAL SYSTEMS can have a good in business for getting their new loyalty and profitable customer. During the presentation, Pn Rosnafisah advises us to rethink about choosing Idwal System business process to be redesign.&lt;br /&gt;3. After futher discussion, we decided to change business process to be reengenering at Idwal System from our previous choice Software Development to Management business process. This is based on our obsevation that Idwal Systems Management is not well organized.&lt;br /&gt;4. IT company and located in bangi.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Our group have conduct a meeting today at 4pm. the meeting is attended by all group members.so far we have already wrote the letter to the company that we're going to visit.the letter has already been forwarded to pn.rosnafisah so that she can check it first before we send it to the company.&lt;br /&gt;as from todays meeting, we also
