week 13: final group meeting before presentation session.

During this meeting, the tasks that we were discussed:-

1. we had reviewed the previous presentation slides that were deciding on our process that had been chosen to the CRM IT application. This application's it a learning from the previous subject that we had learn. We adopted this application because it as the best steps to improve their business that may lead them to the best earning. This CRM are targeting the customer loyalty and give some retention to them that may them more benefits, scheduling and tracking direct marketing mailing capture and manage customer response data in

database, analyze the customer and business value.

2. prepare the content of final finding presentation slides. from here we had some error to fix where we're wrongly put the template at the last slide, it makes some of our friend become a little bit fuzzy, thanks for Pn Rosnafisah that tell us that our slide is not understandable for the first few slides :D

3. we add the benefit from the business that we want to reengineered. as we said that the process is one of the making process that may lead to us to a new ways of busineess that may give such good potential to the business, we had applied 3 process to their own process. which can be more efficient and can have more untung2. organizing the process is the best way for them to have a good process. this process has been enlarge their targeted customer from a normal customer to more profitable customer :D

4. we had a big discussion at UNITEN library that have lead us to the most advantages in our final findings that is the best process for sure this IDWAL SYSTEMS can have a good in business for getting their new loyalty and profitable customer. Lastly,compile all the information together to make the final checking before
the presentation.

week 12: group meeting for final finding

On Wednesday class, Pn Ros did mention that the presentation for subject final findings will be start next week. Therefore, the objective of the meeting is to prepare the contents for the final findings.
Firstly,we had reviewed and collected all information and the previous presentation slides and also the assignment on templates to analyze to include in the slide.
Then, we start preparing the outline for the contents that should have in this presentation.
Lastly,we need do one more meeting to compile all information that suitable to put in the final presentation.

week 11: Do case study that related with our project deliverable.

Week 10: Meeting to decide the final business process

1) In week 10,we have decided to choose 'courseware' business process among the others.It is
because this business process have a lot to reengineer.
2) We also designed the business process flow to determine which part to be reengineer.
3) In this meeting all group members was attend.

Week 9: Deciding to choose which part of business process should be reengineering

1. In week 9, we had a group discussion before class hour whereby to prepare our powerpoint slide for our progress presentation in class.
2. During the presentation, Pn Rosnafisah advises us to rethink about choosing Idwal System business process to be redesign.
3. After futher discussion, we decided to change business process to be reengenering at Idwal System from our previous choice Software Development to Management business process. This is based on our obsevation that Idwal Systems Management is not well organized.
4. Planning to make an interview on Friday 14 September 2007 whereby we get an approval from Pn Faizah who is one of the Idwal Systems board members.

Week 7: Detailed Process Design

Group 7 have choose Idwal System Sdn Bhd as the company that we're going to study their business process.Idwal System is an IT company and located in bangi.

Our group have conduct a meeting today at 4pm. the meeting is attended by all group members.so far we have already wrote the letter to the company that we're going to visit.the letter has already been forwarded to pn.rosnafisah so that she can check it first before we send it to the company.
as from todays meeting, we also have started structuring the questionnaire for the company.so far we have prepared 5 questions.
